Everything was ok except the water pressure is low and the water is hard. The bed was like sleeping on a rock.

Best Western Ottumwa Inn & Suites
Breakfast was fresh could have been hotter. Parking is safe and convenient. We had the handicapped room and it was great for my needs except for the shower chair was too low.
