Every concern i expressed was addressed accordingly. Very clean environment and site was aesthetically pleasing . Beds are very comfortable. Their warmth made me feel truly at home. Did not have breakfast at at the facility."

"The hotel is okay. It seems it was renovated in or after 2020. The layout did look different since my last stay there in early 2020. I was surprised only one (wipe) tower was in the bathroom. The staffs were professionally. However, there were too many tables or chair drags likely from the dining room late in the night. "

"Everything was very good at this hotel, except for the reception. They were not ready for us. They first said that they had to call Hotels.com and confirm the reservation, even after I showed them a copy of my receipt. Then, they had not cleaned our rooms. It took them 1 1/2 hours to get our rooms ready. This was unacceptable. I had previously stayed at this hotel six other times and it had always been very good. But, not this time. The hotel does need some major refreshing, painting, cleaning, etc. The bright side was that the breakfast was outstanding!"
