Voyager Beach Resort

"The staff was so helpful and friendly. That is why we went back for a second time this year. The staff is what sold us on returning to voyager. They have scuba, snorkeling, jet skis rides and the beach boys have little attractions such as camel rides, body painting, canoes and safaris. All though I recommend using the voyager’s amenities because they’re more trustworthy to me. All in all the place was so nice and the food 5 stars. I recommend the Italian dinner where they dine you in a nice area that’s romantic and beautiful. The view on the beach is a nice view. 3 restaurants 3 bars 3 pools you can’t go wrong with the all inclusive. Please do, you will find Winnie so helpful and lovely she was one the reasons we came back a second time this year. We found our new place to vacation and they have a kids center with team members who watch and make sure the young ones are busy so mom and dad can have fun😉All inclusive is very nice bec the dinners can be expensive if not all inclusive and all the alcohol drinks you can take in."

"A lovely, elegant and well maintained hotel with the friendliest and most helpful staff. My stay was all about relaxing after a trek and it ticked all the boxes for comfort and convenience. The restaurant food was delicious, the beer cold and the evening entertainment top-notch. Would definitely recommend this place."

"Staff were exceptional and the villa was really spacious with a lovely pool. Food was OK, not as good as some other resorts of the same star rating. Lots of BBQ options and theme nights. We were AI and had breakfast at the small restaurant in the villa area, which was lovely. Lunch was better at the pool bar - suited our family needs with chips, burgers and pizzas. The villa had a few things that needed fixed and we had to ask for the fridges to be topped up. At dinner it was often a bit chaotic and they ran out of plates or cups. Or tables weren’t set. Little touches that stop it being the level expected from a 5 star resort. The entertainment team was good, with karaoke, acrobats and dancers as part of the evening offering. The main pool was good fun and not too busy. There were plenty sun loungers in the shade at the beach with access to the pool. As a single mum with 3 kids I was frequently asked where my husband was, which didn’t happen in Nairobi or the Masai Mara. The hawkers on the beach were obtrusive and we struggled with getting rid of them. There are organised beach activities with the entertainment team and it would be better to go on them rather than brave the beach yourself if you’re a single woman."
