"Lovely property, very convenient for Windermere area. It was handy that all three bedrooms have their own ensuite. It was lacking a little in kitchen utensils if you wanted to properly self-cater. There were some odd little items missing like hand soap in the bathrooms and only one toilet roll in each room, but otherwise clean tidy. "A lovely apartment right in the centre of Bowness-On-Windermere. The accommodation was spotless, cleaning spray, washing up liquid and cloths were provided. The bed was lovely and comfortable. People have mentioned the stairs up to the apartment. They caused us no problem but if people have mobility problems I can understand they might be a problem. If we return to the area we would stay here again. I am glad I didn’t book somewhere in Windermere, this was five minute walk to the lake. "

"In easy reach of Bowness, lovely private location, ample free parking. Rooms very clean and great in room facilities. Just think room service breakfast could have ended a little later especially if paid for a late check out"

"The room is cosy and comfortable, with plenty of parking spaces in both the front and back of the building. The made-to-order breakfast was very good, although it doesn’t start until 8:30 a.m. The location is convenient—about a 10-minute walk to town and a 15-minute walk to the lakeside."

"The food in the restaurant was not very good at all. Very little selection . The menue was the same each evening, including the soup of the day. The out side patio needed the ash trays emptying and rubish off the floor. The staff were lovely but at times there was not enough of them on shift. Resulting ln a long wait at the bar to be served."
