"For an older hotel, this venue was very nicely maintained. The staff was wonderful, with the only drawback being the parking situation on the weekends. While normally adequate, there was a large wedding at the hotel while we were there, and all of the parking spaces were taken. Fortunately however, there was adequate parking on the street, so we made do. Once again, it was the professionalism and the courtesy of the staff that stood out in our minds as the best part of this stay at The Tidewater Inn."

The Inn at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club

"We had a suite at the Inn, 2nd floor garden view. We were there as wedding guests. With all the weekend events on-site, it was a perfect place to stay and I highly recommend it. There was well-coordinated shuttle service right from the lobby of the Inn and returning from the on-site venues. Our suite had a gas fireplace in the sitting room which makes it cozy. The sleeper sofa provides additional bedding for 1 adult or 2 small children to stay. Great stay overall!"

"Mieldred at front desk is world class. She should lead this chain. The Chef is not customer friendly and his food sucks. Manager tried her level best but she compromises with some staff there who are screwing it. You should investigate and improve. The valley parking staff are not bad."
