"This place was amazing. We loved it and would return to Kennebunkport just for this place. Upon arrival the staff was right there. A full explanation was given on the entire property. Has private parking for each building which was very nice. The homes are very large and very clean. Large living room areas with big fireplaces and the breakfast / food room was bright & airy. Very nice. Complimentary breakfast was more than expected. Quiche, rolls, yogurt and fresh fruit. Loved the extra thick cinnamon raisin toast. Beverages of any kind hot and cold. After breakfast, a full range of indoor or outdoors activities are available. Want to go for bike ride just pick out a bike and go. Plenty to do on property or head out. Very walkable and close walk to the town square. Plenty of shopping and restaurants. Oh yes, the Salted Caramel Cookies are always out in the breakfast area. Outstanding."

"I really appreciated the nice workout room with better than the normal equipment and space. The proximity to the airport allowed us to walk over the next morning to pick up our rental car. Breakfast was included with the room and had good variety."

" A hotel has control over cleanliness, upkeep, and service. This hotel ranks very poorly in service. Not a single smile from any staff at check-in, check-out, or requests. They advertise pickup from the airport is available but after a call before flight, after landing, and then 3 more calls after landing, the shuttle did not arrive even after an hour. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport! In my last call to the hotel, they told me they couldn't even contact the driver of the shuttle and did not know where they were. No apology or explanation afterwards. If a service is not available, don't advertise it and don't falsely lead customers to believe it is there. Lastly, a simple apology goes a long way, but no apology goes further. I would never stay here again and recommend all to be wary."
