"Nice stay. Lacking Hilton attention to detail when it comes to room readiness. Missing soap in the bathroom, Kleenex, paper cups are not wrapped in plastic… this is just unsanitary. I had to call for an iron. "

"I really feel terrible making this review because the staff is really great-particularly front desk. I did have to switch rooms the first night because of bad room conditions. Lots of dust, musty smell, and a large red stain on the carpeting. The thermostat came off the wall when I tried to adjust it for warmth and there was a large hole behind it. Overall the next room was OK, but again another mystery stain on the carpet. I ended up buying some Clorox wipes to wipe things down myself. I dealt with it for the lovely staff, the location, and the lack of availability at other places nearby with comparable prices. I know they have recently had a switch in ownership and will be happy to visit again when some TLC has been given to the space. "

"Had to pay twice. The property said they never got paid by Expedia despite us showing them the receipt. We expect a refund from one of them.
No toilet paper in the room when we arrived. The room smelled terribly like a wet dog and the window shades didn’t work either. Worst stay we have ever had to be honest."
