He even attempted to defuse the situation after I was unfortunately woken up by another concerned member of your staff at 5:30am because they were concerned about a low temperature alarm going off in my room. Sadly I had turned the temperature down intentionally because I like to sleep in a cool room, I wish the staff member had waited till a more appropriate time to call. I can appreciate Wholey your concern for frozen pipes but another hour or two would have been appreciated!! I did not get to experience the breakfast because my day started before 6:30."
