"It was everything I had hoped it would be. It was a Grandma/grandson 12 year old trip and he loved everything about the hotel, as did I. The breakfast was amazing, the comfort of the room was perfect, and the staff was always helpful and pleasant. We walked everywhere due to the perfect location for all of the sights. Best of all, we felt like we were experiencing the "grandeur of the 1916 gold rush." "

"From the moment we arrived the employees were great! They took our luggage and stored it until check in. We stayed on our arrival to Seattle and again upon our return from the cruise. They were so helpful in every aspect and so friendly. We will stay again!"

"The Hotel was great, very clean and the hotel staff were very polite, accommodating and helped out when I needed something. The restaurant at night was also a nice end to our nights, staff was very welcoming and couldn't do more for you. The only issue we had was the morning food service where it's a automatic 18% tip and the service was non existent. Should let the guest decide how much tip they should give based on their experience. "
