"This is my second time staying at Meliá, and it won’t be my last. It’s not only because the hotel and grounds are beautiful. It’s the staff, they are exceptional, they’re the most friendly, smiley, professional and provide amazing service. Every room is cleaned twice a day and I’ve left valuables lying around and everything has always been safe. My only complaint this time was that there was no working light in the shower but other than that everything was 10/10."

The beach was pristine with clean white sand, and the clear sea water made for stunning views and relaxing swims. The customer service was absolutely top-notch—friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. The dining options across all the restaurants were fantastic, offering delicious food with a variety of choices. But what I loved most were the breathtaking views of the beach that made every moment even more special. "We stayed at Gold Zanzibar for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect! We booked a garden villa and it was so spacious, and the private plunge pool was very fun to have. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our butler, Jackeline, was so helpful and friendly! They also gifted us a bottle of champagne and fruit on our arrival which was so nice. There are shows with dinner every night which are really wonderful, and the buffet options are PHENOMENAL! We had a full body wrap and massage at the spa which was lovely, and went on a spice tour and sunset dhow cruise organized through the hotel which were fabulous! The hotel also gifted us a private romantic dinner on the beach and the sunset dhow cruise as honeymoon gifts which was very generous. The beach is beautiful, and it is so nice to have the private cabanas as where the public portion of the beach starts can be a bit hectic and crowded. Highly recommend staying here!"
