"Despite my calling them multiple times, they had no records of the reservation. I had to provide them with the confirmation email when they demanded payment upon checking out. There is no door or partition to the toilet. There is no privacy to the room as the front door is partially made of see-through glass. You can see through the whole room from outside. "The property is good and in a quiet place. However this is the second time I am booking through Expedia and ending up in an argument with the managers of the hotel. You reach the hotel and find it sold out so they have to find you alternative accomodation, the rates are disputed and the alternative quote is always more than double that listed online. This time, I was not even able to extend my stay because they totally refused to recognize the Expedia rate. Instead of the Kshs. 5500 listed on the site, they insisted on 12,000 and we had to find accommodation elsewhere. Needless to say, I will never go back there again if I had a choice."

"Each suite is owned or hosted by a different individual, but all are part of the Ikonia franchise with a manager. The quality of each suite varies significantly and depends on what the host or owner chooses to offer. Some suites have minimal kitchen appliances, while others feature old, torn bed sheets and pillowcases, rock-hard pillows, outdated non-slip-resistant floor mats, and microwaves lacking microwave-safe containers. The food from the restaurant is of poor quality, and even the staff admit that guests typically do not eat there. For properties with more than four floors, there is no elevator; however, safe parking for only four cars total is available. The staff are friendly and say the right words, but lack the resources to offer great service, as they depend on what the host provides. Overall, it is a two-star establishment pretending to be three stars. The location is ideal, just a few minutes' drive from the city center and other attractions. If you are not particular about high quality, it is worth a try."

"Very bad stay aske for more money on arrival fir no reason then gave up . Shoeed to room told no tv channels also internet not workiing . The next day we ask for room to be cleaned and clean towels . We ask 3 times duringthe day for this. Still.not leaned at 10.30pm gave up.asking . Supposed to stay 3 nights i cancelled the 3rd night still.no Internet. Really not s good stay "
