"Views were spectacular. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are modest but well appointed and clean. The food is very good but a bit spendy. Caught my first king salmon in the fishing hole. I would stay there again. "

"Honestly, I know there were lots of b&b options there and if we hadn't booked so late we probably never would have even looked at this place, but for a family of 6 we had TONS of space in Room 9, and the host was amazing, the setting was serene, and you really couldn't ask for more than you got. If you're looking for a lot of room to spread out and clean space in a family friendly environment, this place is perfect."

"When we first booked, did not realize it was tied to cruise line and their ‘land tours’. This was the 3rd one we stayed at on our trip. Rooms were nice and very large. Very cool that they have wood burning fire places and supply wood. Only drawback is no fridges. Resort seemed to have lots of walking paths and had outside games and nice patio overlooking river. Our family enjoys walking - was quite a hill climb to get to our room. "

"The Hotel Edgewater was a very nice hotel that was a perfect location for our 2 night stay in Seward. We had a nice corner room with ocean view. The room was small but convenient and close to everything. Staff was very friendly and courteous."
