"The “suite” was extremely disappointing. The entire hotel smelled musty, and it seemed like the hotel tried to mask it with an overwhelming amount of air freshener, which only made the smell worse. The sofa was absolutely disgusting — heavily pilled, worn out, and looked dirty enough that I didn’t even want to sit on it. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and nowhere near what I would expect from a suite experience."

"The hotel has a warm, wood-based feel that gives it a character not shared by most commercial hotels. Our room was large and comfortable. A drink in the lobby restaurant was expensive, but well-made and generous in size. The surroundings are quiet, tree-shaded, and peaceful. We would happily stay again."

"If I could leave a negative 10 stars on this hotel I would. The website doesn't show the actual photo's location. In a very unsafe environment. The room was nasty smelled as if someone died, and was cleaned with embalming fluid. We left less than 15 minutes of checking enough time to grab bags and head as fast as we checked. We are still fighting for a refund for our NO stay Charge. We booked thru Expedia and still no word. The hotel insists they couldn't refund us do to booking thru Expedia. It's been over 19 days, no word nothing. Awful experience never ever again! Lesson learned!"

"Thankfully, it was just me, not a bad spot if you need a bed. The pool/spa was closed, no apology from staff, and no reach out before the stay. There was holes in the walls, musty smell all thru out, hair in the tub upon arrival, and trash left behind the toliet when i got the room. Thankfully, the bed looked clean (I stripped it back to look for hairs.) Would not stay again unless the spa is open. Breakfast looked pitiful, and there were no ceiling tiles in the hallway with insulation hanging out."
