Dryer was out so lack of towels in a timely manner, hot tub not working, front door auto open not operating, required us to open and shut heavy doors manually, the room outlets only worked in the bottom plug, and not all lights in the room worked. "The hotel is located in an area next to railroad tracks with regular trains moving back and forth. The noise from these trains were disturbing to sleep and rest. The hotel lacked some basic amenities which should be included in the price and this was disappointing. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful, especially when another guest was creating a ruckus in the room next door. Standard fast food franchises were available a short distance from the hotel."
