"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. "Hotel and grounds were amazing, the view are breathtaking. Only let down was the spa for such a large hotel the spa wasn’t big enough. They charge £10 per person for the use of the spa for 1hr. Free if you book a treatment again maximum use 1hr. No where on the hotel description did I see a charge. If I did I probably wouldn’t have booked as we were looking for a spa hotel. Thankfully the weather was wonderful so we enjoyed the surrounding area and hotel grounds."
