"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. "The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"My wife and I stayed here for two nights on a weekend and were impressed with the spartan yet functional rooms. Despite the size and pay for what you need aspect, it's a fairly decent value if all you need is a bed and some air conditioning. It's about the size of a citizenM room but without all the technology in the room. Definitely would stay here again with one caveat. We paid for a late checkout (£20 until 1 pm) and had a male maid barge into our room while my wife was sleeping. When confronted, all he could muster was "did you pay for late checkout?" When I confirmed that we did indeed pay for a late checkout and did he want me to show him a receipt and/or confirm with the front desk He said it wasn't necessary. Needless to say, not one apology for entering the room or disturbing our rest. Tacky at best, unprofessional at worst. Definitely a few moments for improvement. The rest of our stay was uneventful."
