"Perfect location to stay at if you are visiting Castle Hohenschwangau and Castle Neuschwanstein. Bus up to Castle Neuschwanstein is next to hotel. The breakfast was included and was very good. One of our rooms had an amazing view of Castle Neuschwanstein."

"The room was clean and provided all the amenities. The hotel staff was kind. Minuses — dogs barking and dogs off leash and left unattended. We were awoken by a dog barking every morning around 7:00 am, the start of breakfast. Obviously, the dog was left unattended. Outdoor furniture was covered and not available for those who wanted to sit outside and enjoy a drink on the patio. The location was great, but very crowded with tourists. It was a nice stay, but we wouldn’t stay here again."

"Ein sehr schönes Hotel an der Straße, wovon man im Hotel aber nichts mitbekommt. Von den Zimmern hat man einen tollen - weiten - Blick. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen in beiden Restaurants war sehr lecker und auch das Frühstück lecker und abwechslungsreich. Der Wellnessbereich war bei uns zumindest am Wochenende recht voll mit externen Gästen, das empfanden wir als etwas störend.
