"Hot tub & pool was loaded with young children & site was under renovation. However, my jacuzzi suite was acceptable until I removed the mattress cover to fine urine stain where I was going to need to sleep. The manager returned my payment on the spot and apologized. "

"The Room: bathroom mirror was dirty Bathroom shelves were dirty Bathroom tub had a black/ dirt ring around it. Refrigerator door was broken Bed sheets were thin and full of itchy pills When checking out, i asked for receipt. Since I booked thru hotels.com, i was told connecting system was down, so I couldn't get receipt. Asked for close approximate of bill total and was given an amount of $155 including taxes and any fees. When i received my email receipt, it was $197! I did get reservation coverage for $10.74, so my bill should have been $155 + $10.74= $165 Not $197."

"The inside of my room was clean, but we could not change our tv because we had no remote when we first got there. so they brought us a remote but it did not want to become programmed so we gave up on programming it and just watched the same channel. When I first got in to check into my hot tub room, the gentlemen at the front desk took literally about 20 minutes to get my room situated and get the hot tub room that i paid for. We did in fact end up getting our room after a long wait for myself and the poor man who waited patiently behind me for his room. The hall way on the first floor was a horrible mess. I looked like there was fur, and I mean tons of fur all over the carpet, along with a bunch of crushed up kibble all over the carpet in from of two particular rooms. It was not very aesthetically appealing and looked dirty and unkept. If it wasn't for the room having a clean hot tub I think we would have ran for the hills. "

"Don't expect quiet or sleep. Unfortunately, even though the location is great, and the hotel is quite nice, there is a defect with the rooms' doors , causing the doors to slam and then bounce and bang multiple times before closing, making LOUD noises. Do not expect to sleep. Everytime, any room on any floor closes, you hear this loud jarring banging door slam. I was put on a busy floor, with guests constantly coming and going in multiple rooms, which was maddening! Both the front desk and the maintenance guy said it was a common issue, with complaints from many past guests. Apparently, this issue could be remedied, but the operations management has chosen to ignore it. I was moved the 2nd night to another room on a less busy floor even though there was less door slamming, it was still an issue "
