"The kitchen is marvelous!
The upstairs is an A-frame room and there are stairs to the upstairs unit, and to the loft. This could be a positive for privacy, if you are young and agile. We slept on the hide-a-bed on the main floor and found it comfortable.
Any communication difficulties were on my end, because we were traveling when the hostess tried to communicate with me."
"The Diamond Suites were fantastic—a perfect, relaxing place to stay for our last night! The staff were wonderful and made sure everything went perfectly. Great stay!"
"Great, family friendly boutique hotel away from the city hustle and bustle. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to staying there again in the future."

Commune with nature and explore the great outdoors at Giantess Cave during your travels in Keflavik. While in this walkable area, you can savor the top-notch restaurants.
Gateway to the Blue Lagoon, this coastal town offers travelers their first taste of Icelandic hospitality. Visit Viking World museum to see a full-scale ship replica, then head to nearby Reykjanes Peninsula for dramatic lava fields.
Keflavik is not a large city. Local stores are more for meeting practical needs than cute boutiques. The famous Blue Lagoon is a short 15 min drive away, and Reykjavik is 40 mins away. This is a great fort for your trip.

Small town, not much there behind the airport. You need a car to visit Reykjavík, the Blue Lagoon, etc

Good food shops. The Kokulist bakery was amazing. The olsen Olsen had great diner food! Not many shops though. Nowhere to really walk to.

We enjoy seeing Keflavík and what it has to offer when we travel to Iceland.
"We stayed one night after arriving in Iceland. After a day touring the area, we were greeted by a friendly employee who ensured we were settled and access to the underground parking. The room was clean and modern and very comfortable. Between the jet lag and the extremely comfortable king size bed, my wife and I slept longer than planned (which was what we both needed). Overall, this was an excellent place to stay the first night they arrive in Iceland. "
"Great restaurant inside the hotel. Walkable other options if you’re willing to battle the unpredictable Iceland weather. Really nice staff and awesome food pool. Very luxurious!"
"What a great place to stay! I loved how modern and clean it was. Bathroom was exceptional! Easy no contact check in/out and parking included. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend."
"The staff was great! We arrived early because we had just gotten off a cruise ship. They stored our luggage so we could do the things we had planned. Then we were able to check in a bit early since the room was ready. "
"This was a lovely little find in Keflavík. Comfortable, no frills, right beside the sea. And the kindness shown to me by the owners was just lovely. "
