Lovely property with very nice rooms. Very nice breakfasts. Super friendly staff as expected in Bali...such nice people. Short walk to beach and cafes etc. Really good option if you dont want to spend on being on the beachfront.

Just ok

Bathrooms needed a good clean by the shower area in particular. Shower hose not as functional as it was only 'rain shower head. We had to use bath hose. Hotel overall needed a revamp, was looking like it needed an uplift. Hotel food was ok, there was not that many options, more Jap inspired meals as opposed to easy quick tasty selections. Staff though friendly, didnt seem to be able to provide ideas on good tourist spots. Even when mention going to a spot, didnt seem to recommend or otherwise offer better places etc. Room service was fast for any request and staff were friendly. Beds were very comfortable, maybe pillows not so. Coffee machines in rooms was a good extra in the room.

ちょっと古い感じですが、部屋は広く居心地が良い。ただし壁が若干薄く、隣の音が聞こえる事があった。 周辺は日本の40年前の感じですが、ローカルな雰囲気は楽しめます。

空港から近かった為、大変便利でした。宿泊者特典でスパを安くやってもらえたのはとてもよかったです！ また、スパを予約しようとした時にお目当てのスパが空いていなかったのですが、スタッフさんがオススメを教えてくれて予約してくれたり等、ホテルスタッフの対応も丁寧でした。 お部屋も広く、清潔に保たれていました。少しシャワーの強さが均一でなかったり、急に冷たくなったり等はありましたが、そこまで問題には思いませんでした。

スイートのプライベートプール付きの部屋を利用しました。広くて清潔で雰囲気も良かったです。スイートは専用のラウンジがあって、コーヒーや紅茶、お菓子などが無料でした。施設の外は、観光には適していませんが、空港に近く、無料で送ってもらいました。スタッフも丁寧で感じが良かったです。
