Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise und haben eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht. Aufgrund einer Vollsperrung auf der Autobahn waren wir erst kurz vor 20 Uhr im Hotel und da war der Spa- und Wellnessbereich gerade schon geschlossen. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt mit Spielplatz und Teichanlage, leider gar nicht beleuchtet und daher war es ab 21:30 Uhr stockdunkel. Das Zimmer war ok aber keine 4 Sterne wert. Balkontür und Fenster hatten Insektenschutz, Dachfenster im Schlafzimmer hatten keinen Schutz. Währens unseres Aufenthalts fand eine Hochzeitsfeier im EG/UG statt. Durch die Treppenhäuser gab es Musik bis ins Dachgeschoss. Nachts liefen Gäste der Feier gut gelaunt durch die Gänge auf der Suche nach ihren Zimmern. Frühstück war ok. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen, da wir die Vorteile (Spa/Pool/Außenanlagen) nicht nutzen konnten, es nachts viel zu laut war und der Preis für uns daher nicht angemessen war.

Vi var bara en natt i hotelet. Vi anlände ganska sent och vi ville gärna använde bassängen. Tyvärr var det så att bassängen var stängd och skulle öppna först kl 14.00 nästa dag vilket var för sent för oss, så egentligen kunde vi inte använda bassängen eller spa anläggningen alls. En annan nackdel var att det var mycket kallt i vårt rum, trots att det var mitt i sommaren. Vi och våra barn frysste hela natten. En till miss från personalen var att det saknades duschtvål i badrummet. Det fina med hotelet var trädgården, lekplatsen för barnen och frukosten var också ok. Som helhet, rekommenderar jag inte hotelet och tycker att det är inte värd pengarna

Un très bon séjour

Séjour d'une nuit parfait. Nous avons pu apprécier la piscine et le jacuzzi de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié compris dans le prix. Seul petit bémol, même le réceptionniste ne parlait pas anglais et bien sur pas le français.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage, mit Kindern kann man sehr gut einige Tage dort verbringen, es gibt ein Riesenspielplatz unter Pinien, Wellnessbereich usw. Obere Etage etwas warm und laut, wenn übers Restaurant, aber wir konnten doch gut schlafen. Frühstück hervorragend.

The staff at reception, bar and restaurant were excellent! I was disappointed that our room was not probably serviced- bins were emptied everyday but hand basins or shower was not cleaned nor toilet paper supplies were checked!

Staff were very helpful, were given the wrong room first, but sorted very quickly and new room made available. Ironing service was great, food in restaurant was lovely and as we had an early flight we were given the option of a take out breakfast which we availed of and it was perfect.
