"Receptionist seemed new. Not very welcoming and very quiet. I had paid extra for a bigger room with club lounge access but she didn’t mention this until I asked . Then after she looked again in the system, she said “oh ok I’ll add vip access” as if she was doing me a favour. I then showed her my booking and she again said “yeah I’ll add vip access for the lounge”, once again not really acknowledging that I had already prepaid for this. I then asked about spa/facilities /pool and she informed me that the pool was closed! This had not been prementioned and of course it was disappointing. The room was clean , a decent size and the bed very comfortable. Amazing rain shower. The female server at the club lounge was very friendly and professional. Rooftop bar had a nice vibe, but the service was slow. Overall a good stay for one night."

"I received a message inquiring when we would arrive to check in. When responding, I could see the message had been read, however I did not have a response with instructions. There was a breakdown in communications somehow and it was by chance we saw the shuttle van pull into the other property and were able to check into our room. The instructions on Expedia said we would receive an email about check in approximately 1 day prior to our stay and that was not the case. The apartment was not extremely dirty, however was not as clean as I would like or expect. The shower had a leak in the corner of the floor and made the floor completely wet when getting out of the shower. George was extremely friendly and so was the shuttle driver to the airport."

"We had trouble checking in. Did not get any communication prior to checking in and no one would answer the phone. There was another couple as well that had gotten no communication and they were able to get through and we got information from them and we were able to get our key to our room. Happened to catch the shuttle driver outside to arrange the shuttle to the airport the next day later in the evening as again no communication and no answer via messaging or WhatsApp. Shuttle driver thought perhaps it was in our junk or spam but was not . Perhaps there was a glitch but frustrating none the less. Other than that the room is very nice and clean. Comfortable bed and walking distance to grocery store, beach and restaurants."

"Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional management and serious health hazards. As a seasoned traveler and property manager myself, this is the very first negative review I have ever had to write in my life. 1.Mold & Health Hazard: The unit is a poorly reconfigured section inside a larger house with virtually no ventilation. The resulting toxic mold and damp smell were so overwhelming that it physically prevented us from sleeping. This is a severe structural defect that cannot be fixed without a major construction project. 2.Misleading Shuttle Policy: The airport shuttle instructions are incredibly confusing. The phrasing implies special requests are only needed during specific windows, completely omitting that availability is severely limited at all other times. It is impractical for most travelers. 3.Hostile Communication: When I requested a shuttle for a 3:50 PM flight, management refused and offered only an 8:30 AM slot. When I called Hotels.com to cancel, management denied the refund, though they magically found a 9:45 AM slot after customer service intervened. 4.Zero Support: We checked in at midnight and found the severe mold. With no staff on-site, Hotels.com tried contacting them but management was unreachable overnight. We checked out the next morning. Management aggressively blamed us for not reporting it directly to them at midnight and flatly refused even a partial refund. Unprofessional, unsafe, and dishonest."

"Do not waste your money to stay here. They bombard you with useless email days ahead - at best this is a makeshift apartment building with a basic rudimentary structure- the bathroom- the beds are just to say they have them. I paid $500.00 for two rooms that was overpriced. The only good thing they had was a reliable shuttle service. Had the vibes of a third world country."
