"I had an amazing stay. The shuttle driver was very friendly, the staff at check in were great. The restaurant menu hasn't got a large choice which makes it great. The food is amazing. The spa is great, value for money. The rooms are large and spacious. Very Clean and comfortable. I would have given a 5 star, however the gym is small and a lot of the equipment is old. The gym does need a make over"

"It’s a very handy hotel built for easy transit, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and there’s wifi. TV’s don’t tend to work, but that’s not a problem for me. Check in staff are always polite and helpful. The rooms need maintenance, every room I have stayed in, around 8 times in the last month have either water leaks from the sink, broken hoses for toilets, all have had the sink plug disconnected. Showers are tepid at best. Breakfast food is good, but staff are super lazy, tables aren’t reset, I asked for cutlery and a table to wiped down.. didn’t happen, I got cutlery from another table with a solo diner, coffee cups are non existent until you ask and so on. If it’s not included in your room rate, go to one of the cafes near A-gates, don’t pay to eat here."

"My stay at Ramada Addis was good. The hotel is very clean as it is new. But it is overpriced as most hotels in Addis are."

"Staff were wonderful. Hotel is showing a little bit of its age. Safe area. Convenient for what I needed. For the price it seemed good value. (Not sure if it was just my room, but I got pleasant cold showers, but never actually got a hot shower.)"

"Food prices is way too much juce and beer everything so un appropriate the place room prices is very expensive I am so disappointed that I paid $220 dollars for that kind ordinary place it won’t worth to pay $220 there food prices ? Outrageous I will not recommend this place for the price should be less than $100 changing $200 us must be 5 star resort with all kinds of activities not this ordinary place "
