Müşteriyi Önemsemeyen Kötü Bir Yönetim

Kayseri’de ailece bir gece kalacağımız bir yer ararken internette rast geldiğim Fimaj Otel’e rezervasyon yaptırdık. Hay yaptırmaz olaydık. Yorumlara bakarsan sanki 5 yıldızlı bir yer ve o biçim hizmet. Otelin konumu iyi, şehir merkezine yakın, işimizin olduğu askeri kışlaya yakın makın da kardeşim alt tarafı bir otel işletiyorsunuz, insan biraz özen gösterir, müşteriye bir değer verir. Asansörsüz olan binalardan birinin en üst katındaki odamıza çıktık, dış kapı tam kapanmıyor, aralıktan içerisi görünüyor. Odalar fotoğraflarda göründüğünden daha küçük. Bunlar önemli de değil, satın almıyoruz ya. Ama gelgelelimki hizmet resmen sıfır. Odada 3 yatak var, biz 4 kişilik para ödedik, lavaboda sabun yok, internete giremiyoruz. Aradık resepsiyonu. 4. kişi salondaki koltukta yatacak uyku seti verelim dediler. Nasıl yani? Sabun duşluğun içinde dediler ama onu aynı zamanda şampuan olarak kullanacakmışız, üstelik de çalışmıyor. Yani elinizi yıkamak için duşa girip sıvı sabun alacaksınız! Tanıtımlarına bakarsanız kozmetik ürünleri dahil. Kozmetikten anladıkları, çalışmayan sıvı sabun. İnterneti güncelliyoruz dediler hiçbir zaman giremedik. Görevli kaba bir adam kapıyı çaldı ve bir yastık verdi. Uyku seti, sabun, internet? Ben bilmem resepsiyona sorun dedi. Tam 5 defa aradık elimizde kalmamış dediler. Artık yıldım ve bir daha da aramadım. Gece 12’de interneti çözdüler, müstakil bir sıvı sabun gönderdiler ama ne demiş atalar, “düğün bittikten sonra kınayı ... yak”. Kötü bir deneyimdi.

Village-hotel in Kayseri

Beautiful location, under snow-capped mountains just outside Kayseri. The hotel resembles a little village, made up of colourful apartment blocks. The personnel was friendly and helpful,even though only the hotel manager spoke very good English.

A spacious and comfortable apartment

The apartment was clean and comfortable. A few more utensils would be better and some upkeep of the grounds. The internet connection was adequate. I would return.

115tl civarına kaldığımız otelde pek memnun kalmadık çünkü saç kurutma makinesi ve ütü yoktu. Çift kişilik yatak değil iki tek kişilik yatağın birleşiminden yapılmış saçma bir yatak vardı. Eklediğim nota dikkat edilmesi güzeldi.
