Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Niestety, mój pobyt w Bent Hotel pozostawił po sobie bardzo negatywne wspomnienia. Już na samym początku napotkałam poważne problemy z zakwaterowaniem. Recepcjonista nie odnalazł mojej rezerwacji, co samo w sobie jest już frustrujące. Jednak to, co nastąpiło później, było absolutnie niedopuszczalne. Recepcjonista skontaktował się z Panią manager hotelu, która przez telefon, w obecności innych gości, trzykrotnie wykrzykiwała, że nie mam rezerwacji. Czułam się upokorzona i zdezorientowana. Było już późno, a ja byłam zmęczona podróżą, więc zdecydowałam się jednak pozostać w tym hotelu. Ku mojemu zdziwieniu, okazało się, że hotel dysponuje wieloma wolnymi pokojami. Ostatecznie rezerwacja została odnaleziona, ale do dzisiaj nie doczekałam się żadnych przeprosin. Jedynym wspomnieniem, jakie mam z Bent Hotel, jest krzyk managerki przez telefon. Takie zachowanie jest nieprofesjonalne i nieakceptowalne. Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego hotelu.
