"We booked a dog friendly fly room and informed the staff that we have a dog. They put us in a non dog friendly room and then charged us $55 for having a dog in a non dog friendly room. We will never go back"

"We have stayed here often but we were disappointed this time. Unit D3 is dirty and had many worn out features like torn chairs. The gas fireplace did not work. It was not terrible but it’s not the quality you would expect for a high cost rental."
