"We had a great time at this hotel. The room was very spacious and nice. We requested a quiet room, and the staff were very accommodating—they gave us a room on a higher floor, far from the elevator, and facing a quiet treet. The hotel has a strong Asian aesthetic, which some people might consider a bit dated, but it reflects a style that is appreciated in Asia. The hotel is a 5 star Asian hotel, in America it may be a 4.5 stars. As expected for a five-star hotel, the restaurants are quite expensive. Transportation is nearby, though not extremely close, and the hotel is located some distance from downtown Osaka. Overall, I would definitely stay here again."

"Very small rooms compared to western standards. Automated checkin had errors but staff was able to assist and resolve. Very busy area so hotel is very busy. A lot of amenities within the building are convenient."

"A beautiful quiet place to stay in a busy city."

"The hotel is basic but works. I had booked the quadruple room with the 2 bunks but the beds were not very comfortable. The comforter was plush and nice but the mattress was super thin and firm. We actually took one mattress from the top bunk and doubled up one of the lower beds to help with back pain in the morning. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear everyone walking above you. Other than those 2 things, it's a decent room. It's nice having the kitchenette. Location is great, closer to the train station, family mart and restaurants. There's baggage locks in the lobby to store your bags after check out if needed."

"The air conditioning worked well and we were glad that the panel included English! It was cold outside so it wouldn't get too cold. I did notice that the water temperature from the shower in the room fluctuated quite a bit. There is a Lawson at the corner and its a pretty straight walk to the Shin Osaka station close to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line."

"It was also very convenient that the hotel elevator connected directly to the shopping center. By taking the escalator, I could easily reach Uniqlo, MUJI, and Starbucks without going outside, which was especially convenient."
