"This is old, budget friendly hotel. Do not expect out of the ordinary. Our room is clean. Underground parking needs to be cleaned regularly. Hallway wallpaper is peeling. Nice staff. It's an okay hotel for 1 night stay. "

"My second time here. The staff are always friendly and nice. They are the best part about this place other than the pools. Always friendly and nice. The place is dated and needs a refurb badly. Only part of the lights in our room worked. But we didn’t make a fuss as we were only staying one night. The only really issue I saw was people leaving dishes/cups "

"You know….for a person that moves about a lot from Vancouver island and PG I’ve stayed at many establishments along the way….. I’m very pleased with the Reno’s done here; as an Expedia booking it was of course very easy booking experience. But the hotel itself here in wee Hope BC impressed me a lot. Modernly furnished rooms, all the amenities I’d like available, lovely big glass enclosed shower, very nicely and tidy layout, clean, very much loved the Keurig coffee machine, comfy bed, this room was very well planned out. I felt well looked after. Although my buddy didn’t make it as there was a sudden death in her family and we weren’t going to have the road trip we’d planned………after that word got to me suddenly I was there alone and I felt very safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel, and surely am coming back to stay here and meet up with her for hugs, etc. on my way back home."

"The staff was friendly at check inn. Unfortunately the motel room was in very poor condition. There were stains on the mirrors, cupboards and walls. The kitchenette included an old dirty plug in hot plate with non functioning built in counter top stove. It was very disappointing for the price. In desperate need of a thorough cleaning and update. "Newly renovated room. The room was very clean and everything functional. On the edge of a quiet neighborhood, but being along a main through road, makes it noisy with traffic and truck noise. Something difficult to avoid at most hotel locations in Hope. Easy walk to the central park and downtown restaurants and shops. The owner didn't seem to speak much English."
