"The staff were friendly and tried their best to speak English- the food was good. The view from the room was good. In places the property condition was not good. 1. In my room at the bottom of the window had many dead insects. 2 In one of the spas on the walls the paint seemed to have gone black in places. And in the outside

there was a blue sheet up to cover a broken balcony floor and fence. The fence was broken, and there was a rope up to stop people going near the fence. 3 just outside...

The foot bath was a lovely surprise as it gives you a breathtaking view of the running stream and mountains in the distance. "Staff was friendly. We really really appreciated the free shuttle pick up and drop off from train station. That saved us big time since not much taxis in this area and the time we arrived. Hotel overall needs a renovation. A bit old and outdated. Room was ok. "
