"The architecture of this inside-outside boutique hotel is in keeping with the environment and nature on grounds. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We also made use of the customer experience service to arrange private transfers and tours to all the local sites. It worked out very well. We had a lovely stay. "

"Firstly the owner couldn't find our booking. This would be fine, but he was just unhelpful in resolving this, and came across as rude and indifferent. He kept just saying "I haven't got any money from you" or "you should call the company you booked through" (like no you should). "Location is good. Lots of ants and insects in the room. Host was welcoming. But be aware of food cost. Ask price before ordering. We order seafood dinner for three. He made combination of fish, calamari, tiny crabs and few shrimp and charged 50 dollars(water for drink). We paid as we did not ask before eating. Then he came back and ask 800 rupees for driver’s break fast. We paid. A minute later he came for driver’s accommodation cost. At that point we said, NO. We stayed 2 weeks in Sri Lanka....

"Very disappointed, the hotel looked lovely in the photos but reality was a different story. With the exception of one waiter none of the staff seemed to know what they were doing. The pool was filthy and the water was green. The room was shabby and in desperate need of a refurb, broken bathroom fixtures, hole in sheet, dirty curtains, broken tie-backs. Bar area was okay but at breakfast our table was covered in flies. Avoid this place at all costs "

"Offers a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Located outside of town (will need to take a Tuk Tuk) but a great location for peace and quiet. Breakfast is very good/filling and dinner offers a nice selection of food which was very good. Highly recommend."
