"Phil, Chris and the rest of the staff were amazing during our stay, the location had a great vibe to it with an authentic Hawaiian feeling. During our stay Phil put up an outdoor projector movie for all of our family and friends to enjoy watching the Moana movie and ordered us pizza.
They were always open to giving advice on the best places to visit on the island for any activities that we were looking for.
They offer gear to borrow for the beach such as snorkeling gear and boogie boards, so that you don’t have to go out and buy some for a one time use and struggle taking it home with you on the plane.
I highly recommend Kauai inn. It’s a perfect place to stay for a great affordable price.
P.S. - we went shortly after hurricane Lowell hit and the island has cleaned up so much. It seemed as if it never got hit by a hurricane, the most we really noticed was some trees out in the forests had been snapped, but the roadways, hotels, shops, and service seemed fantastic and there was still amazing scenery to see and so much greenery."
