I worked out in the fitness room. There were not any disinfectant wipes to wipe down equipment or towels to use after. The breakfast items such as scrambled eggs and potatoes were cold. The beverage machine was out of order. A work crew was staying at the hotel and you knew from the trail of dirt where they walked in the hotel and the outside mats were dirty.

Terrible mattress

Nice clean room, but the mattress was terrible. It had 2 x 2 ft hole where the inner springs were broken, which made sleeping impossible.

We had reservations for two nights, yet, when we got there at 4 am, there was a sign on the door that said the hotel had no more vacancy. The doors were locked and we couldn't even get in to sort our room with someone at the front desk. Really glad I didn't pay ahead of time. La Quinta up the road had much better service than this property.

Probably would drive past next time

The reception female was on a personal call, didn’t get off to check us in. The next morning I was with my kids and she was making another personal phone call and loudly kept saying “ when s..t hit the fan to whoever she was talking to( mind you the holiday in phone was ringing behind her the whole time). Hotel was decent to sleep and breakfast was good but it was pretty dirty.

I would avoid this place...

Encountered two problems during my stay... They put me in room 318, I got in there and it was filthy... Both beds are made, dirty towels all over the floor etc. Had to go back down and get moved to a different room that was cleaned already. When it was time to leave I got a cart for all our stuff and as I was ready to push the car down the hall to the elevator, the housekeeper put two big carts of her own and a vacuum cleaner blocking my path. They shouldn't do stuff like that during checkout time and inconvenience their paying guests that way.

Went to check in and was told there was no water at the hotel. We could not use showers or bathrooms. Agent told me to contact Expedia for refund and we had to go find a new hotel. I tried calling Expedia for refund and they claim Holiday Inn denied the refund request. I have had TERRIBLE customer service from Expedia and submitted a case to IHG, but no resolution yet! Hoping the Manager of the hotel does the right thing!

I got to my room and laid down because I was so exhausted from driving all day. The bed was gritty, I immediately jumped up, it was crumbs or sand and black specks all over the sheets. I went to check the other bed and it was the exact same thing. I went down to front desk, the nice lady changed me to a different room, that room also had crumbs and hair all over the sheets. She offered me a third room and it was a pube hair and other particles in the sheets. Front desk stated they’d give me a refund. It just sucks because I had to find a different hotel much further than I intended to be. But at that point, 3rooms all dirty sheets is not cool.

Several fast-food companies. Taco-bell, Popeyes, Wendy's, McDonalds, Jack-in-the-box just to name a few. We were right off of I-10; this was a plus. Disliked the fact that the juice machine was broken and there was no alternative to a cold drink except for milk which I cannot drink.
