"Clean and crisp feeling room, felt very spacious. Nice location in the Katy area. Did not get a chance to use the pool or hot tub but looked nice, seemed to be in working condition witch is nice as opposed to other properties that advertise them but are closed to never ending maintenance. This is a great option for Houston at a fair price."

"The water pressure was very low took over 5-7 minutes for hot water the sink drained very slowly when we arrive there’s no one at the front desk when we checked out the person in the front just gave me my receipt and no thank you how was your stay was in a rush to talk to her co worker, who came in while checking out. "The hotel had informed everyone by placing a letter under the door that there was a problem with the hot water and there would be no hot water until the next day the day I was checking out. I was unable to use the hot tub because I didn’t feel like taking a cold bath the whole reason why I stayed there. After talking to the staff, I could not be refunded because I purchased my room via this app."
