"Rooms were very , housekeeping every day, all staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good , very clean, staff were excellent. Easy check in and check out. All in all a very pleasant experience and definitely will be staying again. Only have one complaint, while building should be smoke free, which it is not at present"

"I stayed at this hotel for a week and overall had a decent experience. Most of the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, which I appreciated. However, there were a couple of uncomfortable interactions that impacted my stay. The duty manager was quite intrusive during one instance when I had a guest visit me, making unnecessary comments and behaving in a way that felt unprofessional. This made me feel uncomfortable in what should have been a private and respectful environment. On another occasion, a different staff member commented on my outfit, asking if I was going to a wedding when I had just returned from a work dinner. While it may have been intended casually, it came across as inappropriate. Unfortunately, these experiences affected my overall comfort at the hotel. I would suggest that staff be more mindful of maintaining professionalism and respecting guest boundaries."
