"This traditional Japanese Inn is thoroughly modern with excellent facilities, rooms, Michelin quality food, and helpful staff. We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. The onsens were also wonderful. A room here with breakfast and dinner included is an excellent value."

"翌日空港向かう為、利用させて頂きました。 部屋は掃除しっかり出来るいて，完璧とは行きませんが、気持ち良く寝れました。何よりも部屋は静かで，部屋と部屋の防音対策しっかりしているのが実感しました。今回朝食なしでした，次回は朝食付きで泊まりたい。周りのアクセスも良く，日根野駅西口出て，すぐホテルの看板が見えます，150メートル先です。コンビニも2軒あり、少し離れたところに(400メートル)イオンモールもあり、便利でした。"

"The room was clean but very dim lighting. there was an Elvis statue next to the stair and some kind of pirate statue in front of the door when opened. There was very little shops nearby, it is walkable to the train station."

"Convenient location, friendly staffs, has a free public hot and cold tub plus a sauna. The gym is decently equipped most hotels don't have a gym at all in Japan and in Asia in general. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area."

"easy check in despite limited English of staff. we arrived early in the morning and room was not ready. staff was able to lock our luggage and provided us with a map of the local area. there are some trails to the local shrine. room was great! extremely clean and cosy. outdoor bath and shower were great. checked out the public bath as well which was very clean and well maintained. "Fantastic breakfast service! I already miss the Japanese breakfasts with the variety. This hotel is extremely convenient. The Izumiotsu subway station is a short 4 minute walk away and the supermarket is only 3 minutes. The supermarket has a fantastic selection of ready-to-eat choices. Also, there is a Mr Donut and a McDonalds at the base of the hotel. There are several places to eat besides these around the subway station (Nankai).
