"Elysium was absolutely amazing, we hardly felt the need to leave the hotel grounds because it was so beautiful and had everything you could need. Service was excellent. Rooms were super clean! I would say the restaurant could do with a couple more veggie options - that being said they were super accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend. The pool was lovely too! "

The room and hotel design is modern and high-end! The amazing staff—Eliona, Marius, George, and everyone else—made our experience nothing less than perfect! They were attentive to every need and request, greeted us with a smile from the very first moment, and constantly made sure we were as happy and comfortable as possible. The food is excellent with plenty of variety and choice. The pool is large, well maintained, and the water temperature is just perfect! "Lovey hotel"

"The hotel, sadly, was in a very poor state. The carpets were all terribly stained. The door frames on the majority of doos were falling off. The hotel rooms themselvels were not cleaned fully, with large chunks of dust under the beads, stained bedding, and even bloody on one of the bed cushions. The food was terrible quality, to the extent we had to buy almost all meals out. When we did eat at the restaurant at the hotel, it was cold and barely had flavour. The drinks were fine on the first day. However, bar stafc confirmed the pumps had been adjusted for the fozzy drinks and therefore the syrup was not coming out properly, causing the drinks to taste like soda water. Therefore, for almost the whole stay, we had to buy drinks out too. I would not recommend this hotel, if anything, would recommend to avoid. The only positives were the entertainment staff who were very welcoming."
