"Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were well maintained and had an authentic feel, although the shower was a bit difficult to keep at a consistent temperature. Beds were comfy. Pool was a bit chilly.
The location was a bit of a drive from Arenal and La Fortuna, so I was glad that we had rented a vehicle to get around.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and would certainly recommend to others looking to stay in the area. "
Arenal Paraíso Resort & Thermo Mineral Hot Springs
10/10 Excellent
"Overall, a great property with a great experience for families, but the front desk staff are not trained to handle a large volume of tourists so plan accordingly. I would suggest a minimum of 3 nights for good experience of the resort. "
"Outstanding hotel in stunning location; very comfortable room (suite upper deluxe) with incredible view on Arenal volcano. staff were very friendly and helpful. luxury hotel but without pretense. magical grounds and surroundings "
"Our stay at Nayara Springs was truly exceptional. My wife and I travel frequently and stay at high-end properties around the world, and this was quite simply the best resort we have ever experienced.
Every aspect of the property is thoughtfully executed. All five restaurants were outstanding, offering consistently excellent food and service. Our villa was beautiful, impeccably comfortable, and private; the warm plunge pool was an absolute highlight (warm from the hot springs!). The grounds are immaculate, the facilities are top-tier, and the spa is perfectly serene.
What truly sets Nayara Springs apart, however, is the extraordinary hospitality. The level of warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care shown by the staff is unlike anything we’ve encountered elsewhere.
I would especially like to recognize Anthony, who went far above and beyond throughout our stay. He was instrumental in helping us plan activities, dining, and transportation both on and off the property, always anticipating our needs and making everything effortless.
Nayara Springs is a rare property that exceeds expectations in every dimension. We cannot recommend highly enough and very much look forward to returning."
"The hot springs were nice. However the room could be improved. The safe was not working.
The backyard door could not be closed. It only locked if you walk out.
Location and setting were amazing though. "
