My wife and I travel frequently and stay at high-end properties around the world, and this was quite simply the best resort we have ever experienced. Every aspect of the property is thoughtfully executed. All five restaurants were outstanding, offering consistently excellent food and service. Our villa was beautiful, impeccably comfortable, and private; the warm plunge pool was an absolute highlight (warm from the hot springs!). "This is a beautiful property with impeccable service and amazing views of the volcano. Our family suite was very large with an instagram worthy view of the volcano from our balcony. The grounds are beautiful- the trees, flowers, water features, just gorgeous. A good sized pool and several hot springs are part of the property. The breakfast buffet was great- lots of choice with polished service. This is definitely one of the more beautiful upscale properties in La Fortuna. We had several tours that included various hotel pick ups and no hotel compared to the beauty of this property, even other five star hotels. I would definitely stay here again. "
