"I loved it was so close to busy Chicago but in the quiet subarbs where it was nice and quiet and felt very safe. The rooms were excellent and well equipped and the kitchen was full of snacks to eat when you wanted and a great selection of drinks.
If I ever came to Chicago I would stay here again also the hosts were fantastic "
"We had an amazing stay at Ray's. They made the entire process from start to finish simple and easy. They went above and beyond for us in many ways and we will definitely be back! "

"Parking slope getting into the garage was steep, would not recommend any low profile vehicles to attempt if too low would scrape or get stuck....pool was never renovated, other than that it was a decent holiday inn but dont think its a 300 dollar motel"
"This is not a hotel option to pass on. The hotel is close to transit so getting to downtown and to a Cubs game is easy to do. There are alsom many dining and options and small uniqure shops along Clark and Broadway."
"After another travel service cancelled our booking after we arrived in Chicago for a Cubs game, we were so lucky to have found this gem at the last moment. We walked to the stadium and were back in our room a mere fifteen minutes after the game ended. It's a gem, and the neighborhood is safe, clean, and quiet."
"We stayed here for 2 nights (on non Cub game days). The location is the best part about this spot. We stayed in the bunk room. The pros: beds were comfortable, room and shared bathroom was clean, enough space for 2 people for a short stay. Amazing location.
We would recommend that a garbage can is added to the room as well as wash clothes. Also the door to our room squeaks and needs some WD40. The AC in our room didn’t work so we bought a fan and opened the window. I communicated this with the host and didn’t get a response back.
Would recommend for a short stay. "
