"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to. The air-con didn't stay on meaning the room would stay hot for hours until it decided to come back on. The fluffy...

"No front desk staff during early hours, we called many times to the front desk no one picked up. Staff entered our room without knocking... They don't provide any adaptors which is disappointing given this is a 5-star property."

"Excellent location on the beach. Would recommend the panoramic sea view room. Large room with a big balcony overlooking the pool, beach and sea. Good room facilities including tea, coffee, fridge, iron, ironing board. Very peaceful of an evening but just a short walk to bars, restaurants etc. and a lovely pool area."

"The property itself is a really good standard. The pools are amazing and the grounds are kept in really good condition. However for us it was completely undone by the poor level of service we received. We you arrive you have to check yourself in and scan your passports using an app. For us this was while three reception staff stood and watched me struggle while holding my three year old daughter and sniggered, they then said you are bed and breakfast go to room with no information about the hotel itself. Next was the restaurant, three different staff being unable to give any information about the restaurant or prices and being redirected back to reception Buffet food itself was okay, lots of choice and all well prepared, however you’d expect that when you get charged 145 euros for two adults (we were not charged for our three year old) Also rooms are advertised as sound proofed, but don’t be fooled, however fresh and clean they were, they weren’t enough to only be able to sleep after 11pm. When we complained the guest relations services said sorry but there was a wedding on what do you expect. No offer of compensation, just an email from the manager (who didn’t want to speak to us before we left the next morning) email just said sorry, thanks for your feedback we will look into putting guests elsewhere next time. Five star premises, with two star staff."

"Our stay in the hotel exceeded all our expectations. Starting from a beautiful family room with private pool and little garden, great amenities, quality food, caring and friendly staff and one of the best kids clubs we have experienced! Our kids loved spending time there with great variety of activities and lovely staff! The only improvement we could mention is the Spa facilities - we lacked tranquility as the entrance is shared with the gym and can get a bit noisy. Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it!"
