Viva Holiday House is a cozy and nicely furnished house with a sea view. It consists of a kitchen equippd with all necessary kitchen utensils and appliances (oven, microwave oven, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, fan / extractor, toaster, water kettle), connected to a dining area and an air-conditioned living room with a seating area and satellite TV. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms with double bed, two bathrooms with shower, a washing machine and a covered terrace with outdoor furniture. On the ground floor there's a separate studio apartment with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen. The guests can use a shared pool and garden during their stay. WiFi and parking are also on the guests disposal. The apartment is ideal for a relaxing and comfortable vacation with family or friends. In the area, there are many marked cycle paths, historical and picturesque cities like Višnjan, Tar, Porec and Motovun, which offer many irresistible offers. In only 10 minutes by car you can reach the most beautiful beaches, where you can enjoy in a relaxed atmosphere and spend an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones.
