Breakfast was small but nice and fresh. Room was of good size for a family of four. The bed for the kids was too small for two kids, even if we paid extra for one of the kids. Good with parking outside and close to the hotel.

Front desk only open until 7pm. We were running late, so tried calling, Expedia messaging & emailing to advise and could not get thru or did not receive a response. Fortunately, we were able to use the code & check in tablet to get in, as advised. But it did cause us some grief that we weren't able to reach anyone, the tablet gave us some trouble at first as did the key to the room - but we did get in. Center overhead light went out, shower head didn't stay up - kept slipping down.

Das Hotel ist wirklich gut! Jedoch hätte das Interieur etwas Pflege, und Instandsetzung verdient, z. B. die Duschbrause total verkalkt und verstopft oder die Vorhänge sind sehr instabil an der Wand angebracht. Auch beim Thema Sauberkeit, stimmt beim ersten Eindruck alles, nur bei genauem Hingucken fällt hier und da etwas Nachholbedarf auf! Wir haben uns aber grundsätzlich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Lage des Hotel war gut. Das Einchecken ist sehr einfach und ging schnell. Leider fährt der Aufzug nur bis in den zweiten Stock. Da wir aber im dritten Stock unser Zimmer hatten, mussten wir unsere Koffer noch eine kleine Treppe nach oben tragen. Mit schweren Koffer nicht so einfach. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, groß und sehr sauber. Leider ohne Klimaanlage und das unter dem Dach. Gut das es bei uns nicht heiß war. Die Dusche war bei uns leider nicht so sauber und voller Kalk. Sonst in Ordnung.

Vriendelijke receptionist, op mijn verzoek suggesties voor avondeten (op voorhand geen vegetarische opties maar dat zijn we gewend in de landen Oostenrijk en Duitsland 😉). Mooie schone kamer, wij hadden de suite. Wij slapen met het raam open dus wel geluid van de tram maar dat was voor de nacht afgelopen
