Nothing as expected!

The hotel is very old and needs a complete renovation in order to have that 5-star rating! Nowhere in the description of the hotel you can find that the hotel does NOT posses a sandy beach with umbrellas!! Instead you use shadows of the olive trees, which might sound good but it does not give a feeling of being on the seaside at all!

The fantastic thing was the old olive trees at the sea shore as you could lie nicely in the shade under them . Only one thing I would comment negatively and that is the understanding of English. I had few misunderstandings with the reception staff and had to clarify things a lot to be sure that they understood what I was asking for. So slightly frustrating experience. Otherwise really good spot.

Hade ultra all inclusive, drinkar fanns att tillgå under hela dagen. Snacks/mackor som skulle finnas på utsatta tider såg vi aldrig röken av. Vanlig buffé till alla måltider. Okej mat, ett plus för barnbuffe och glass. Slitna rum men bra AC, fin utsikt om man bokar ett sådant rum och får det högt upp då träd annars skymmer utsikten. Stranden var mycket stenig men ligger bara 50 meter från hotellet. Poolområdet var fint och de höll aktiviteter i poolen varje dag. I förhållande till vad vi betalade hade jag förväntat mig mer.

Bel établissement idéal pour le farniente !..

Très bien placé dans la presqu'ile de Kassandra, les pieds dans l'eau, avec une belle et grande piscine, des transats autour de la piscine et en bord de mer des parasols à la piscine et l'ombre des oliviers sur la plage, tout est réuni pour le repos et les baignades. Tout le personnel est aimable et serviable. restaurant buffet très corrects. Nous avions une grande chambre avec un balcon immense très agréables (un jacuzzi serait un vrai plus). N'hésitez pas si vous passez par là.

We have stayed there 6 nights, i would say its not definitely 5 star hotel, the room wasn't clean under the beds was full of dirty also I believe the beds has bedbugs! me and my daughter got to many bites when we woke up didn't realise first if its happend by mosquitoes but when we visit pharmacy they said its from bed bugs which makes us itching few days. The bathroom isnt in good condition, its quite old,Also the food wasn't the 5 star hotel standards everyday same breakfast and most of the food was always same, they says orange juices fresh which isn't , they are using concentrated juices from shops,last couple of days the guy who works for hotel was trimming the grass in the morning 8 am,the noises which makes us wake up!we had to call reception to stop that. the sea was good and clean but too much small rocks which hurts the foots.

Preisleistung Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Für einen 5Sterne Hotel war unser Zimmer sehr schlecht, Schimmel im Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war auch sehr schlecht. Käse und Wurst der pilligste Sorten gensuso das Abendessen. Auf keinenfall eines 5 Sterne hotels. Es gibt keinen Strand. Ich kann das Hotel auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen .

The staff were exceptionally friendly, Efi at the reception was the best. Mr Vasilis (manager) was very friendly and always ready to ensure our comforts. The girls at the SPA excelllent too The facilities, the food and rooms were dissapointing for a 5 star hotel. I would rate this hotel as a 3 star not 5 star.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα.Το προσωπικό,η εξυπηρέτηση,το φαγητό υποδειγματικά.Υπήρχε μια απόλυτη αρμονία στο φυσικό περιβάλλον κ στις ξενοδοχειακές δομές.Τα παιδιά μου πέρασαν υπέροχα,η πισίνα εξαιρετική.Ίσως το μόνο που έλειπε ήταν μια παιδική χαρα!Το δωμάτιο μας πολύ καλό!Πραγματικα ξεκουραστήκαμε!!

The hotel and rooms are clean and tidy, with welcoming staff. although the external paintwork is a bit tired, but adequate. The spa is lovely and you can get a good workout in the gym. Its a pebble beach, so laying on the sand is out, but the sea is nice and clear. The pool area is a wonderful space, with the bars adequately stocked although I think that they could do with introducing a few more cocktails to their menu. The food can be a bit repetitious but there is a lot of it and even the fussiest of eaters should be able to find something they like to eat. The one drawback is that it is quite isolated, 30/40-minute drive to nearest town, with anything like a restaurant or bar; that said, we enjoyed our holiday... Did lots of water sports.

considering the distance from the airport to this hotel its not really worth the journey, there are no transfer busses, its hire a car or private taxi the later is between €81-110 each way, taxi you can hire for £69, but the place is dull no entertainment, nothing to do after dinner but sit in your room or a dark lounge, its nice but not that nice.

Κάκιστη εξυπηρέτηση από την reception. Ενώ έχαμε κάνει κράτηση για δωμάτιο με καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι και θέα στο βουνό, με την πρόφαση της αναβάθμισης μας έδωσαν δωμάτιο με θέα μεν θάλασσα αλλά ΡΑΝΖΤΟ της κακιάς ώρας. Οταν έθεσα το θέμα στην reception δείχνοντας τους την κράτηση, δικαιολογήθηκαν ότι το site που κλείσαμε δεν έχει τις σωστές πληροφορίες!!! ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ!!! Οι υπόλοιπες υπηρεσίες σχετικά καλές αλλά όχι επιπέδου 5 αστέρων που είναι το ξενοδοχείο.

Staff is excellent. Food is excellent. I can recommend to have half board as other restaurants are in city center. Rooms are clean. Pool is excellent. Beach is in front. Parking is free and always you can find available place around hotel.

Great hotel overall.

Hotel is well maintained and clean, employees are really nice and helpfull, food is buffet style with lot of variety. There are enough launge chairs by the pool and the ocean for everyone. I loved my stay here.

Väldigt serviceminded personal! Fint läge med nära till allt. Underbar utsikt över havet. Vi fick checka in redan kl.7 på morgonen, mkt tillmötesgående. Kocken lyssnade om man önskade sig något speciellt och det grekiska köket var välsmakande. Rekommenderar hotellet att utöka med fler typiska grekiska maträtter istället för att mixa för mkt. Bra bar-och serveringspersonal som höll ordning och reda. Bra animationspersonal. Tyvärr bör det inte innehålla SPA i namnet. Iskall inomhuspool och halvfunktionellt jacuzzi. Massagen var klart ok. Poolen var trevlig och välskött. En lagom stor pool för de minsta 60cm. En stor del av stora poolen höll 90cm vilket passar för barn som precis lärt sig att simma. Stranden kunde varit mer välskött och gräsmattan bland olivträden borde vattnas mkt mer. Men som sagt hotellet får 4 av 5 som betyg endast för personalens skull. Ett stort tack till Kocken , Leonidis, Manolis, Tolis och Giani i restaurangen, barpersonalen Thasos, Lisa , Anna och Rousa. Animations teamet Dora, Ljubova och Dj.
