Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Serviced Apartments
The hotel was excellent, room was clean. Very impressed with everything. Didn’t have breakfast as checked out early but tried the restaurant was lunch which was also excellent. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family.

That staff was very helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. The room was always cleaned up nicely while we were away.

After almost 45 minute (not exaggerating) the staff at the reception finally found our reservation. Although I shared the print out of my reservation, they had issues and two and three staff had to get involved. They did upgrade my daughters room to the same as ours, however they did not get access ...

Pinaki Comfort Stay, Vile Parle - Near Airport
Cockroaches in kitchen bathroom and rooms. The helping staff is very odd, its as if you are a hindrance in their space. Very odd feeling while staying there. Only USP is the location.
