"Don't think we've had a better stay in Gran Canaria. The place is fantastically located close to all the best places in Playa del Ingles. With the pool, mini golf, tennis and pool bar we had everything on-site we needed. The apartments are charming and comfortable, and good air conditioning!

"This was our third stay at Club Vista Serena and we couldn't recommend this hotel enough- the apartments are so spacious and clean and amazingly comfortable, they have everything you need and the air con is one of the strongest we've had in any holiday abroad!
The TV is big and very modern and links to your phone and netflix, and the kitchen is well equipped for full self catering requirements with a massive fridge and a decent size freezer too!

"Nice apartment & room. Itâs a bit hard to find though, even for a local taxi driver. And the keys are confusing..which key is for which door? Also I didnât know where to leave the keys when I left..itâs not possible to lock the doors & post the keys back through a letterbox.
But I would stay here again as the room, apartment & bathroom are all fine :) I do still recommend it : )"

"Staff brilliant. Room brilliant. Really enjoyed my stay, and made good use of most of the facilities. Lots of variety in the buffet restaurant. If youâre looking for a retreat then this is great, and would look forward to another visit.
Hotel location may not suit everyone as itâs more than a short walk to the seafront. Not such a big issue for me as I felt that the seafront area was in need of a major upgrade - feels like itâs from a bygone era, so chose not to go there after the first time.
Overall very happy with the hotel, suited my wishes perfectly. Resort needs to be rejuvenated somehow - perhaps a victim of too many âAll Inclusivesâ."
"Great self catering accomodation with good size bedroom, bathroom and lounge/diner/kitchenette. Cleaned daily. Warm welcome from all the staff. Good bar and bar food. Lovely pool. Busy at weekend with visitors, but more tranquil in the week."
"Last minute holiday and so glad we picked GOLD. Perfect hotel with a nice vibe. Adults only so very chilled. We loved the long pool with the cabanas. Perfect sun trap for tanning and dipping in the shallow pool and when you wanted a bit of shade the cabanas provided just that.
Breakfast was brilliant especially being available until 12. I am not usually one for breakfast but ate it everyday it was so good! The food outside of breakfast is also delicious. Loved the Pad Thai and Prawn Tacos.
Conveniently close to the Yumbo and beach for dining and drinking options. Also close to bus stops for trips to other towns and beaches. Supermarket right next door with everything you need for you room or day trips.
We stayed in a terrace room and was excellent being able to nip in and out from the pool and lounge around in the afternoon sun.
Having never been to Gran Canaria I was really pleasantly surprised and will definitely book to stay again at this hotel.

"Great location, nice pool area and quiet. Short walk to the Yumbo center, and a great supermarket 2 mins away. Easy to get to the beach too.
Breakfast is very good, staff friendly and I liked the room too.
They were slightly slow on sorting out a drainage smell and the air con was broken too. "
