Temmuz ayında iki gece konakladık, öncelikle çok temizdi,konumu çok merkeziydi. Tesis fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi, eşyalar yeni,şık ve tüm ihtiyaçlara cevap veriyor. Birdahaki Kaş gezimizde yine burada konaklamak isteriz,teşekkürler

Peaceful nest

I had 2 lovely nights at Yaz apart. Rooms are really clean and host is very helpful with every possible problem. It seems so the place was made of love. Decoration is quite modern, cozy and practical not like most of the other aparts. It is right at the center of Kas and still you feel in your nest at the end of busy day. Stongly recommended.

Giriş katında düz ayak odada konakladık. Merkezi yormayan bir konumda. Oda temiz, kahve ve çay mak var. İçleri kireç tutmuştu temizledik öyle kullandık. Yemek yapacak kadar kap kacak var fakat dışarda yiyecek seçeneği çok yspmaya değmez. Ütü, çamaşır makinesi ve ütü de var. Saç kurutucu biraz yavaş ve tetik şeklinde çalışıyor ve yoruyor.genel olarak memnun kaldık

Lovely apartment with laundry machine and soap. Loved the bed and sitting area in the kitchen. We were able to do our laundry. Host not present in person, but necessary information communicated through videos and text on WhatsApp. Hard to find the hotel, no street visible sign from down the street. We drive up and down many times before we found it beside the boutique store. No parking in front of hotel or nearby. Street is noisy with cars and scooters/motorbikes. No elevators, Must be able to lug your luggage up many flights of stairs in the heat.

I’m an Expedia Gold Member since 2011. I don't get pleased easily but this property is top notch compared to others in Kas. Let's say it's my favorite for now! I just wish they have more English speakers to accommodate nonnatives.

En önemli artısı konumu, tam kaş merkezde ve yaya olarak her yere maksimum 10 dakika yürüme mesafesindesiniz. Apart Otel için beklenecek herşeyi karşılıyor. Odaları yeni ve tertemiz, işletenler güleryüzlü ve ilgili. Odada mutfak gereçlerinden herşey mevcut, oda tasarımları yenilikçi ve güzel. Odada temizlik konusunda bir kusur yoktu. Balkon mevcut. Odalar genişlik olarak da rahattı.

3 gece konaklama olarak giriş yaptık ama hem Kaşı hem Yaz Apartı çok beğenince uzattık. Sağ olsunlar yardımcı oldular. Odalar birebir aynen görsellerdeki gibi. Ben otel vs gibi yerlere hep havlu çarşaf falan götürürüm ama burada oranın havlu ve çarşaflarını kullandım çunku genel olarak gerçekten çok çok temızdi. Apartta kalınca yemek vs yorulur muyum acaba demiştim ama ben airfryimi götürdüm hep pratik yemekler yaptım zorlanmadım. Zaten 2li ocak da vardı. Konumu çok güzel. Çarşının göbeğinde. Araçsız gelenler için de çok büyük avantaj. Yine gitsem yine Yaz Apartı tercih ederim

Odanın ortasında tuvalet banyo var üstelik bir kapısı bile yok. Sadece cam yapmışlar salondan tuvalet ve banyo çok net görünüyor. Bu durumdan rahatsız olduğumuzu oda değişikliği istediğimizi talep ettik fakat oda değişikliği yapmadılar. Klimanın alt kapağı yoktu havası hep kafamıza esti. Ayrıca temizlik yok ve sürekli yemek kokusu geliyordu

Mutlaka değerlendirin

Apart nezih tertemiz ve ev konforunda. Odalar çok zevkli dizayn edilmiş ve kaldığımız oda fazlasıyla geniş, iç açıcıydı. Apart diye belirtiyorum çünkü otel düşüncesi ile kahvaltı yahut yemek beklentisi olabilir yeterli inceleme yapmayanların. Bir otel odasından çok daha iyisi fakat tabi apart olduğu için yemek ihtiyacı dışarıdan karşılanmalı yahut odalarda hiçte küçük olmayan mutfaklar var ( bizimkinde vardı) ve mutfakta ihtiyacınız olacak tüm gereçler var. Konum itibariyle de çok sevdim merkezde her yere yürüme mesafesinde özellikle akşamları çıkıp dolaşmak çok keyifli ve rahattı. Tüm bunlar yanında beni en mutlu eden şey odada çamaşır makinesi olması oldu. Uzun seyahat rotamızın uğrak yeri olduğu için tüm kirlileri yıkayıp tertemiz ayrıldık. Deterjan dahi vardı odada almakla uğraşmadık. Bizce çok keyifliydi değerlendirmenizi öneririm. ( Son kısım odalarda kesinlikle sigara içilmiyor en azından biz dikkat ettik balkon bu iş için biraz küçük kalabiliyor uzun balkon oturması yapanlar için dipnot)
