"O atendimento tinha sido bom na chegada. Mas de madrugada acabou a energia e foi voltar umas 10/11h da manhã. Aí não tinha como acessar o elevador, nem carregar os telefones, sem sanduicheira no café, fora o calor que passamos a noite sem o ar condicionado. Impossível hotel sem gerador. E quando fomos questionar na recepção eles simplesmente ignoraram e não apresentaram solução ou desconto. "
