"We had a late flight into SAW and a relatively early flight the next day out of IST, so we didn't get to spend much time here. But the room was lovely, and the breakfast would have been great, except for the fact that we needed to leave before it was fully prepared. But I really want to give a huge shout-out to our shuttle driver, Neşet Çolak, who was extremely friendly and helpful. He not only picked us up and returned us to SAW but also helped us figure out how to make the transfer to IST without paying for an expensive taxi. We were very grateful and impressed, and he left us with a very positive impression of the hotel!"

The restroom door was broken, and no soap was provided for the bathtub. I requested it and asked for it to be placed in the room while I was out, but upon my return, nothing had been provided. Saat 3 e kadar yüksek sesle müzik çaldı. Bize 12 mekanın kapanacağı söylenmesine rağmen hiç bir değişiklik olmadı. Resepsiyonla her yarım saatte bir konuştuk. Hiçbir müdahalede bulunmadılar. Ellerinden birşey gelmediğini söylediler. Çok düşük bir puanı hakkediyorlar. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. "
