"Everything was excellent, location of this hotel was perfect for our stay. My only black point was the lack of a tour desk or concierge advise for tourist information. I wanted a last minute reservation for a tour, front desk staff wanted to help me and offered me a 250 euros tour per person, I went outside and on travel & tour agency got a 110 euros per person, same tour and maybe more vip than expected in the hotel. Please try to be more helpful and defend tourist from scammers. Also taxis are rude and non trustful. "

"The location was good for us and the room is spacious. However, the place needs some maintenance and there the room smelled a bit like cigarettes. They even had an ashtray in the room. There is some noise from the road and other rooms but not too bad."
