"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "The hotel is wonderful, but I would like to highlight the service. They are always will if to make your stay even better. The breakfast was amazing and Cora, Jon and the whole team are very attentive and care for every detail. At the reception Bertha was able to recommend a place for dinner and make the reservation for us. I could not take the name of each member of the staff, but each and everyone were fantastic. I look forward to staying there again! "
