A true ”must go to place” !!!

The best - look no farther!

Amazing hotel! We traveled all around Europe and this was by far the best place we stayed. The room was a combination of all the best of each hotel we stayed in. Balcony room with a sitting area and two headed rain shower with a double sink in the bathroom. Even better than the room was the staff. To many great interactions to list here, but everyone was equally helpful and kind. Spa was also a great experience!

Excellent hotel with good restaurants & cozy spa!

Very high standards, excellent service and perfectly located in the city center if you drive (paid parking) is around the corner and if you come by train about 200 meters from the train station and close to the Central Square for acces to several buses! Nearby the river for a nice walk and at walking distance from several nice restaurants. ZanziBar is higly recommended! The most expensive alternative for accommodation in Karlstad but worth it though! Their restaurant on the first floor has excellent food with an open air section and a closed one if you visit during winter!!!

Flott hotell og Spa, men når man betaler såpass for hotellet burde spa tilgang være inkludert for hotellgjester. Informasjon om at man må betale ekstra for spa og booke tid for å få tilgang må komme mye bedre frem.

Underbart hotellrum med härliga sängar och en liten rumsavdelning. Ljust, stort badrum. Väldigt rent, ljust och fräscht. Personalen som jag hade att göra med var verkligen fantastiska, vänliga, hjälpsamma och samtidigt proffessionella. Jag åt inte på deras restaurang, men frukostbuffen/upplevelsen var något utöver det vanliga, så mycket att välja på, så fräscht och återigen, den underbara personalen. Jag bor på hotell 2-3 gånger per år, så jag har en del att jämföra med. Känslan här var, att här vill jag stanna mycket längre. Tyvärr hade jag bara 3 dagar här. Det blir absolut detta hotell igen nästa gång jag kommer till Karlstad

Veldig fine og rene rom med flinke ansatte på Hotellet. fantastisk frokost og spa. Veldig god seng sov veldig bra. Det burde vært mulig å gjøre rommet kaldere en 3 grader lavere en rom temperatur. Ellers helt perfekt. Vi kommer tilbake:)

En perle av et hotell

Bodde her en natt på gjennomreise i Sverige - og for en positivt overraskelse! En liten perle av et hotell med nydelig innredning, fine rom, delikat bad og deilige senger. Minibar med godt utvalg, nydelig frokost og spiste den beste biffen noen sinne til middag! Utrolig hyggelig betjening. Hotellet har et SPA i luksuriøs stil. Vi storkoste oss! Kommer garanter til å bo her igjen om vi skal til Karlstad. Parkering i P-hus rett ved hotellet.
